This wedding was such a blast! There were lots of cool musicians, beautiful ladies, excitement, fantastic weather, and a limo ride to an eclectic train station to take some bridal party photos! Michelle and Chris are an amazingly fun, easy-going couple who totally adore each other, and it was such a pleasure to be able to hang with them on their special day.

Thanks guys…wishing you many, many years of happiness together!

We have had quite a lucky streak with beautiful, sunny winter weddings this year, and Mike and Jamie’s Elmhirst Resort Wedding was no exception. The Bride and Groom had absolutely no qualms about hiking around on the ice for some beautiful wedding photos on their special day. I always love it when my couples are adventurous and say: “Let’s GO FOR IT!”

I had a great time photographing this wedding, and as always, Elmhirst provided a gorgeous backdrop for the special day.

Marleen and Josh recently had a beautiful, simple ceremony at the Timber House Country Inn Resort in Brighton, Ontario. I met the couple at Josh’s sisters wedding a few years ago, and was thrilled to meet her little boy, who incidentally, was one of the best-suited ringbearers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Usually I tell couples not to expect much from such a little one, but he was as good-natured at the end of the day as he was at the beginning.

Marleen and Josh had a chilly day, but the setting was the perfect, cozy spot for a winter wedding, and it was truly a picturesque place to host the day.

Beverly and Adam got married on one of the most exciting nights of the year….New Year’s Eve! It’s always fun to watch a couple in love get married, but it’s even nicer when they do it on a really festive occasion! The couple had their reception at Zest Bar + Bistro in Port Hope. It was the perfect spot for the festivities!

Congratulations to both of you, and thanks for letting us share in your day!

Faye’s annual Bridal Show at the Peterborough Memorial Center is THIS SUNDAY, January 24th,
